**Job Descriptions**:- Monitor all agents activities to meet the service level.- Prepare daily reports on agent's activities.- Coordinate with other department to resolve customer complaints.- Set agent's schedule to optimize productivity.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management.- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields.- Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.- Good communication skills.- Excellent coordination skills.- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
