**Job Descriptions**:

- Monitor all agents activities to meet the service level.
- Prepare daily reports on agent's activities.
- Coordinate with other department to resolve customer complaints.
- Set agent's schedule to optimize productivity.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields.
- Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
