Content Creator Executive (Baby)

**Key Responsibilities**:- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product's core benefits properly and consistently- Develop creative and compelling media communication and content across digital media platforms. This includes articles, posts, blogs, videos, press-releases working with the graphic design and other creative teams (including PR & Activation)- Work with the partnership and influencer team to help guide effective content creation for Influencer Marketing campaigns, to drive reach, engagement, credibility, and conversion.- Ensure deployment of such content across platforms beyond just the influencers or communities' direct network- Setup daily tasks and activity for all digital media outlets to ensure high quality and timely deployment- Keep track of digital content trends and competition to drive better campaign and business performance- Deliver incisive monthly reports tracking performance and recommending key actions for the future**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations preferred.- Graduate degree in a related field is desirable.- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Content Creator, Social Media, or similar roles - Experience in digital agency is preferable- Able to use and utilize both Photo and Video editor will be an advantage- Must able to communicate in Bahasa and English
