**Your Role**:Content Creator
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- ** Content Ideation and Creation**: Brainstorm and execute a continuous stream of fresh content ideas that perfectly align with our social media strategy. Craft short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.), eye-catching static videos assets that pop on different platforms. Write witty, attention-grabbing captions and copy that make our brand voice shine.
- ** Editing**: Be a master of CapCut, InShot, or similar editing apps, seamlessly assembling, trimming, enhancing, and color-correcting content. Creatively use text overlays, stickers, and animations to elevate our content game.
- ** Social Media Expertise**: Keep a finger on the pulse of social media algorithms, best practices, and the latest trends. Understand what works on each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and tailor your magic accordingly.
- ** Collaboration**: Team up with the Social Media Manager, marketing crew, and other awesome folks to make sure our content aligns with campaigns and messaging.
- ** Data Analysis**: Track those key performance metrics (engagement, reach, shares, etc.) to see what's working and how we can level up our content strategy
**What We're Looking For**:
- 1-2+ years of rocking social media content creation or a similar role.
- A stunning portfolio showcasing your diverse content formats and visual storytelling skills.
- Expert-level skills in CapCut, InShot, or other mobile editing apps.
- A deep understanding of how to make social media sing (and an obsession with current trends).
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Video Editing, etc.)
- Videography skills
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
