- Content has reached 5k-100k views (at least 3x)
- Significant experience as a TikTok creator, with knowledge of what performs well on the platform and what doesn't
- Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy Public Speaking, Proactive go-getter and effective communicator
- Attached Portofolio & Social Media Account
- Performance oriented '
- Willing move to Jakarta Barat Kedoya

Job Description:

- Communication and collaboration with content planners for creating content planning
- Handling video taking for Tiktok purposes
- Analyzing video performance and manage strategy to increase brand awareness
- Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
- Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms
- Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing post

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tiktok Creator: 1 year (preferred)
