Content Creator

**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree in graphic design, fine arts or related field.- **Min. 1 year experience as Content Creator (familiar with all social media marketing trends)**:- Have experience as content creator in property sector is a plus point- Have a creative mind to create, develop, and produce original contents- **Attention to details**:- Strong listening, communication & presentation skills- Up to date and actively research digital and social media trends- Responsible, capable of multitasking, able to work individually or in a team and willing to work under pressure/target- Able to use program editing (Shooting, Photo Shoot, Photo Editing, and Video Editing)- Able to use videography apps, i.e. Corel, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, or any video editor tools- **Placement in Bandung****Job Descriptions**:- Research and create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including concept, execution, editing video and writing to improve customer engagement, and promote social media campaigns- Developing various types of creative contents- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guideliness- Schedule projects- Prepare rough drafts and present ideasAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Content Creation: 1 year (preferred)- Photography: 1 year (preferred)- Videography: 1 year (preferred)
