Content Creator

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in graphic design, fine arts or related field.
- **Min. 1 year experience as Content Creator (familiar with all social media marketing trends)**:

- Have experience as content creator in property sector is a plus point
- Have a creative mind to create, develop, and produce original contents
- **Attention to details**:

- Strong listening, communication & presentation skills
- Up to date and actively research digital and social media trends
- Responsible, capable of multitasking, able to work individually or in a team and willing to work under pressure/target
- Able to use program editing (Shooting, Photo Shoot, Photo Editing, and Video Editing)
- Able to use videography apps, i.e. Corel, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, or any video editor tools
- **Placement in Bandung**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Research and create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including concept, execution, editing video and writing to improve customer engagement, and promote social media campaigns
- Developing various types of creative contents
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guideliness
- Schedule projects
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Content Creation: 1 year (preferred)
- Photography: 1 year (preferred)
- Videography: 1 year (preferred)
