**DIGITAL CONTENT PRODUCER**We are on the hunt for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced digital content producer to join our dynamic team.As the Digital Content Producer, you will create and update existing marketing materials, curate new blogs/guides, and design creatives to be advertised across all media platforms, especially digital. You will also contribute to the shaping of our writing and designing guidelines.**Responsibilities -**- Produce high-quality digital content, including but not limited to, blogs, videos, social media posts, infographics, and web copy.- Familiar with content marketing frameworks such as 3H (Help, Hero, Hub) and SEO strategies.- Exploring and experimenting with different writing and designing styles to entice diverse demographics.- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, writing market-focused ad copies, and identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.- Identifying the latest trends affecting the industry and work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative content marketing strategies.- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the organization's digital content and marketing strategies.- **Requirements -**:- Proven experience as a Digital Content Producer or a similar role.- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that engages and informs target audiences.- Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus and Microsoft Office is a must.- Hands-on experience with Software/platforms related to Graphic designing (i.e. adobe photoshop, illustrator), Social media management, and Video editing (i.e. premiere pro).- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO, Keyword research, Analytics tools, and Digital marketing practices.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Good project management and stakeholder management- Competent Organization skills and zeal to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.**Perks -**- Full-time remote job- A working environment that lives and breathes our mission to constantly learn, grow, and innovate!- Opportunity to upskill and reskill (10% of working hours allocated to skills training and development.)**About Company -**Lithan is a Singapore-based EduTrust certified organization that focuses on connecting higher education students, working professionals, enterprises, and local universities for better learning and employment opportunities via its global digital learning and talents program, eduCLaaS.
