Content Operations

- Conduct content and operation team's daily activities, such as operating Content Management System, class operation and scheduling (Live Teaching & Pre-recorded Lesson), etc.
- Coordinate with instructors and other divisions (Marketing, Business Ops, etc) to ensure users get the best end-to-end learning experience.
- Analyze users' attendance and engagement, then formulate the best learning experience, activity, and content idea to drive user satisfaction.
- Assure the content is following Skill Academy's standards and guidelines (Quality Control)
- Handle data administration and management.
- Make reports regularly.

qualifications
- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Experienced in using Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slide, etc)
- Experienced in administration, business, and data analysis for a minimum 1 year
- Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative & qualitative
- Fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Target oriented
