Rubicube Creative is one of Xperteam Consultant Client is currently in need of a Graphic Design for placement in Jakarta.Responsibilities:- Develop engaging and creative content strategies that align with the brand's voice, goals, and target audience.- Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand brand objectives and ensure content strategies meet their needs.- Utilize strong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices to optimize content performance and maximize reach and engagement.- Analyze performance metrics and insights to refine content strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Maintain content calendars, manage posts, and ensure consistent delivery of content while meeting deadlines.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to innovate content strategies and stay ahead of the competition.Requirement:- Minimum 1-2 years of proven working experience as a content planner or in a related field within the creative industry.- Ability to generate compelling and impactful content that resonates with target audiences.- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific content strategies.- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.- Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Content Planner: 1 year (required)
