Content Specialist

To organize collection actvities and creating high-quality contents related to the collection team activity and process. Work closely with Training Expert to improves the training effectiveness deliver in collection team by updating, maintaining, and managing all training materials and collection information.

**Create, update, and design any collection content related**: Training materials (NHT Mass and Non Mass), Communication collection info, Regular scripts, Current process/system, Video, etc.

Documenting and maintain collection content, including digital collection knowledge bank.

Conduct small socialization or small training for any new communication update.

Support collection acctivities, specifically content related (e.g. workshop, seminars, townhall, sharing session).

Support the creation of strategic Ad-Hoc project that required content creation, such as new or update product/process/system (other than regular task in point 1).

Improving and managing task effectively and automatically.
At least 3 years of work experience, Experience in Copy Writing/Content Writing/Training

Has Intermediate design ability (illustrator, photoshop, premier/ video editing)

Good Communication Skills verbal and written, Teamwork, Project Management
