Responsibilities
Develop and execute culturally tailored content scripts or content briefs for Instagram ad that effectively communicates the brand's values and resonates with diverse global audiences.
Ensure all localized content from our international briefs can be adapted to Instagram's advertising policies and guidelines, also the market at Indonesia - consistently delivering high-quality, compliant campaigns.
Plan and collaborate with our Nano KOLs from the content script up until supervising the contents produced and posted.
Stay abreast of market trends, cultural nuances, and beauty industry developments to ensure all content is relevant and aligned with local preferences.
Collaborate with our creative team to produce visually captivating and on-brand advertising materials, maintaining consistency and quality across all platforms.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize ad performance, constantly refining and adapting content strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates.
Act as the brand's advocate, actively contributing ideas and strategies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the content development process.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and verbally)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience at digital or beauty company
Demonstrated experience in creating and localizing content for Instagram ads, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
Have creative portfolio
In-depth knowledge of global beauty trends, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior across different markets.
Have a good content sense and knowledge in various content topic for Instagram platform.
Agile and able to adapt quickly. Can operate in a high-growth business where change is constant
