Craft messaging for visual-based creative outputs, including the tagline, key message, and hashtag
Support social media and sales deck content production
Research client background and draft testimonials
Scriptwriting for animated videos
Editing and proofreading
Maintain the appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent messaging in all communication output
Raise the bar continually in writing fresh copy that connects with the audience and drives action
Keep up-to-date with client-related communication and industry trends
Collaborate with the creative team and other divisions, from concept development to final project delivery
Required
Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency in speaking and copywriting
Four or more years of professional copywriting experience, with a solid portfolio of work
Exceptional writing and research skills
Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
Be adept in varying writing styles, and messaging based on the target audience and communication channel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
Knowledge of fintech and B2B industry trends
Ability to grasp and interpret complex concepts
Experience with content management systems
Familiar with the newsletter, push notifications, and Braze app
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround time
