We are currently looking for:
**Continuous Improvement Analyst**

**(Global Trainee Program)**

The Global Trainee Program is designed to prepare future leader in Tenaris. It is a combination of classroom training, e-learning courses, job rotation, mentoring session, and practical on-the-job experience lasting 2 years.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate up to 3 of years Job Experience, with Engineering background.
- Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
- Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
- Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
- Having Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identifies problems regarding the Industrial Process/Plants, giving support on project development as well as the selection of the proper CI tool and standard methodology to be applied.
- Analyze the evaluation/quantification of projects impact on the industrial performance, detecting issues/deviations and giving support on the identification of the adequate mitigation action / course of action that should be followed.
- Produce reports/documentarion, update Intranet sites and monitor evolution of adequate KPIs upon the projects evolution.
- Analyzes, interprets and recommends courses of action for manufacturing topics. Prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
- In-depth learning of core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities. Learns about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.
- Maintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.

**Work Location**:
This position will be placed in **Cilegon - Banten, Indonesia**
