Continuous Improvement

Reports to the Continuous Improvement Lead. Acts as catalyst and coordinator for Innovation and Continuous Improvement projects. Liaises with other departments to achieve project goals. Achieves saving as well as improves flexibility, reduces complexity, and improves quality.

MAIN PURPOSE

Drives and supports value creation from innovation and CI projects at Bayer-CimanggisPlant by engaging stakeholders in the site's continuous improvement journey with PSS principles. This role will spearhead and sustain the following work processes including , LSS, Smart Factory, automation, Site Savings, to drive efficiencies across the entire site. The role is expected to work closely with other functions to calibrate and align each work process to support site strategy.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate the creation and implementation of site improvement roadmap with the aim of creating sustainable continuous improvement culture
Act as SME for CI and savings related topics by providing coaching activities
Create innovation framework at site level. Once established, the role is expected to assume stewardship of innovation process and drive value creation from innovation projects through coordinating stakeholders and supporting each project
Control and facilitate internal e-speak up & QCC convention implementation, perform hurdle removal, manage dashboard upkeep and improvement, and facilitate quarterly conference activities
Coordinate and facilitate the execution of CI strategic projects through i.e. , Lean tools and LSS framework and other systematic problem-solving tools methodology, delivering timely reports as part of the project execution
Own several regional processes designed to improve Efficiency and Manufacturing Robustness by leading the deployment of Continuous Improvement programs of the site
Coordinate & facilitate Site Loss Analysis and Loss & Waste process mapping  activities to get site saving projects.
Analyze key Quality processes that are creating major hurdles and recommend necessary improvement action should be taken from stakeholder pain point of view.
Collect and analyze Performance measures such as Material utilization/Yield, OEE, Site savings, COGM data to gain understanding of gap performances and recommend improvement action  to stakeholders and work with stakeholders to eliminate gap.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering or related fields
Having experiences and interest to lead and run Continuous Improvement projects at function of i.e., Operation/Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality , SCM, R&D, Safety. 
Exposed work experiences in the line of continuous improvement  with fast paced culture from : Automotive,FMCG, Chemical , Foods , Pharmacy company

Minimum 5 years of working experiences

Familiarity with Project Management process and tools including Microsoft office, i.e. ( LSS tools,SPC, RACI, Minitab, PDCA, TPM, Power BI, etc.)

Good communication and leadership skills

Skill of trainer and facilitator

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt will be an advantage
