Contract Logistics Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop sales and service strategies and solutions to maximize revenue growth and market share; gain new accounts by active customer calling on businesses within Indonesia region
- Expand, maintain, and manage multiple key account relationships by developing solutions that meet their cost and service objective
- Leading the team and coordination with internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of related sales experience in contract logistics, freight forwarding
- Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships
- Excellent organization, planning, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities
- Having a self-driven, able to take initiative and work in a dynamic environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing

**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
