Develop and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase AOV across all our stores. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify opportunities and create compelling offers. Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improving the user experience and driving higher conversion rates. Work closely with the design and development teams to implement UI/UX optimizations that encourage upsells and cross-sells. Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics related to AOV, upsells, and cross-sells. Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development. Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different upselling and cross-selling strategies, as well as UI/UX design variations. Use test results to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align upsell and cross-sell initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs. Are You a Good Fit? At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, conversion optimization, and upselling/cross-selling strategies Proven experience in using Shopify Previous experience in the fashion niche Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
