Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and minimize production costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Lead efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA guidelines and other relevant regulations in different markets. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics. Collaborate with executive team members to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, including expansion into new markets, product development initiatives, and potential mergers or acquisitions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the operations team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
