- Daily Inventory
- Prepping for opening and closing
- Ensuring the kitchen area cleaniness
- Ensuring the kitchen are properly stocked
- Monthly stock opname
- Min. 1 years experience in western restaurant with the same position
- Min. high school graduates
- Able to work both in teams and individually
- Able to quickly adapt in a new and fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work on the weekend and public holiday
- Must be willing to work in shift

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking Italian cuisine: 1 year (required)
