Coordinator Design For Theme Park Lido

To be responsible in managing working plan given by Manager or Superior, and to organize working plan of junior designer or drafter and to be Designer as required.
- To be involved in design coordination with all parties both internal and external team and be responsible of the output.
- To review and control design submission, administration and its compliance with local authority provision, owner provision.
- To make design, brief, supervise and review the design process and deliverables by consultant or junior designer or drafter.
- To make report or submission to Architect Manager or Superior on the delegated task or design and supervise progress update.
- Assisting Architect Manager or Superior in preparing design, design study, submission, review and Consultants progress updates in PPT.
- To assess consultant submission progress.
**Job Requirement**:

- Age max 37 years old.
- At least 4 years of working experience as Architect Designer in Consultant, Developer.
- Preferably having experience in various projects.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency: CAD, 3D rendering software
