**JOB TITLE**: Coordinator I - Projects

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Guides and supervises resources coordination and other activities performed by Assistant - ProjectSupport.
- Manages activities related to maintaining of detailed records of all resources on the projects.
- Manages activities related to maintaining of detailed records of all open positions on the projects Active
- Coordinates communication between the Department and the Project Directors/authorized project team members for timely update of 120 days mobilization and 30 days demobilization plans
- Reviews and coordinates mobilization and demobilization dates on the projects and ensures that all new projects' requirements for resources are met in a timely fashion
- Coordinates allocation of resources to their next assignments after seeking the HODs and corresponding project's approval
- Monitors administering activities related to mobilization and demobilization of resources to the projects, acts as a focal point of communication between the resources and the Department
- In case of non - availability of internal resources, assists in communication of projects' requirements to the recruitment team, facilitates interview process in coordination with recruitment team and HOD/Project, if required.
- Supports the HOD in investigating and responding to employees enquires
- Assists the HOD with review and update of resources related documents and procedures
- Manages implementation of the training and development programs for the Department' employees
- Manages systems implementation activities in the department
- Assists projects with capturing of lessons learnt, acts as a point of communication with QA/QC department
- Maintains reports and prepares them for submission as and when required Support in leading and rolling-out of the development structure, including career paths, competence frameworks and personal development plans.
- Support in conducting career discussions with individuals and managers.
- Gather and analyse learning needs based on competency assessment and Personal Development Plans.
- Partner with managers and directors to understand the current level of capabilities against future requirements to recognise the gaps to address.
- Support in researching and identifying suitable learning solutions to meet specific needs, and recommending learning options to meet individual and project requirements by considering proper delivery channels such as 70/20/10 principles to maximise performance impact.
- Develop ongoing communication and plans for engagement with the employees and projects.
- Performs other tasks as required

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor Degree with 5 - 7 years' experience in coordinator's capacity with focus on HR and/or administration,preferably from a background in a large organization.
