**JOB TITLE**:Coordinator I - Quality (This role is available for Indonesian nationals only)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support Project Quality Manager/Lead to manage the TPI Service Contract.
- Ensure submission of CV only after verification of qualification and experience requirements and attach compliance sheet with each CV submission.
- Ensure that inspection program is performing in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedure, etc.
- Ensure that approved inspectors are assigned to work as identified in the approved ITP and ensure proper coverage of inspection.
- Submit necessary documents to TPI Inspector, such as inspection and test plans, Procedures, specifications, etc. along with the RFIs
- Ensure that all flash reports, inspection result / observations are submitted by TPI inspector in timely manner.
- Interface with TPI agency, discipline engineer & and Company personnel in a professional manner.
- Ensure TPI Inspectors are trained and qualified/certified to meet Contract requirements and approved inspectors are only allocated to job sites.
- Verify that requests for inspections are consistent with the approved ITP.
- Review daily inspection reports and provide feedback to TPI agency and submit report to Quality Lead for verification.
- Provide statistics of inspection in regular basis (weekly, monthly) to Quality Lead.
- Ensuring inspector hours are balanced and maximum safe hour limits are utilized.
- Provide real time information feedback to discipline engineer/Quality lead on quality issues and concerns and communicate the resolution to the vendors / contractors.
- Tracking equipment inspections and Inspection Release Note.
- Monitor performance of TPI Inspectors and Vendor performance.
- Maintain & update register of items for post order supplier evaluation.
- Maintain the inspection data bases and records.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Engineering Diploma/Degree with min.7 years of relevant experience in third party inspection coordination.
- Lead Auditor training and certifications CSWIP 3.1 or AWS is preferred.
- Should have experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
- Should have previously worked with major EPC contractor or their subcontractors.
