Coordinator Quantity Surveyor

**Key Responsibility**:

- Coordinating team performance and collaborating effectively with the team.
- Assessing projects using initial drawings and location information or Tender documents.
- Liaising with suppliers and workers as needed to formulate pricing determinations.
- Reviewing variations and making necessary adjustments to the work.
- Maintaining the Estimation/Job Database.
- Assisting in project reports and ad hoc tasks.
- Reviewing tender documents and digital storage.
- Working within deadlines and handling pressure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a quantity surveyor/estimator.
- Proficient in English with a minimum TOEFL score of 610/IELTS 7.5.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Quick learning ability and the capacity to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with tight schedules.

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
