**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Communication
- Auditors based in SE Asia
- Clients and potential clients based in SE Asia
- SCS program personnel and contractors
Audit Coordination
- Ensure consistent flow of audit projects
- Provide audit scoping and planning per SCS Quality System and relevant accreditation requirements
- Prepare audit budgets and proposals
- Communicate with existing clients to plan and coordinate annual audits
- Track and manage audit project milestones and deadlines
- Prepare work orders and invoices for clients
- Manage auditor schedules, workloads, and travel budgets
- Review expense reports for staff and regional auditors
Operations
- Ensure program compliance with SCS quality system
- Maintain new, existing, and archived program files in accordance with program requirements
- Conduct data entry into systems such as Excel, QuickBooks, Jobber, Salesforce, etc.
- Support senior staff to develop program guidance updates, audit reports, and letters as needed
- Develop, translate, and edit program materials, communication templates, and report templates
- Additional tasks as requested by the director and/or managers
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Must have fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of experience in a related field (Environmental Science, Sustainability, Auditing & Certification, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience in project management or administration
- Excellent writing, communication, and customer service skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive personality
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong time-management and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with audit coordination related to third-party certification, especially RSPO, ISCC, FSC COC
- Experience with database management systems
- Understanding of auditing and third-party certification initiatives

**Working Remotely**
SCS is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This is a home-office based role and may include travel with local, domestic, and/or international trips. Details will be clarified during the recruitment process.
