Job role
• Content Creation: Write compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all written content aligns with brand messaging, tone and style guidelines, maintaining consistent brand voice across channels.
• Product Descriptions: Create detailed, engaging product descriptions that highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the fashion item.
• Storytelling: Develop brand stories and narratives that resonate with customers and create an emotional connection with the brand.
• Titles and Taglines: Create titles, taglines and slogans that attract attention and reflect the essence of the brand and its products.
• SEO Optimization: Combine relevant keywords and SEO best practices to increase content visibility in search engine results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, designers, photographers, and marketing professionals to ensure that written content effectively complements visual elements.
• Research: Get the latest information on industry trends, fashion terminology and competitor activity to inform and improve content creation.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Advertising Campaigns: Contribute to the development of advertising campaigns by writing copy for print, digital and social media ads.
Job Qualifications
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field is usually preferred.
• Experience: Added value if you have experience as a copywriter
• Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills with keen attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation. The ability to adapt writing styles for different platforms and audiences is essential.
• Creativity: A creative mindset to develop innovative, attention-grabbing content that differentiates the brand.
• Brand Understanding: Understanding of brand identity, values, and target audience to create appropriate content and build brand loyalty.
• SEO Awareness: Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools to optimize content for search engines.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing trends, and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in word processing and content management software, as well as a basic understanding of digital marketing and analytical tools.
• Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure error-free, high-quality content.
