Corp Legal Specialist

Handle Licenses in central stage and give support as needed by BU.

Inventorying, monitoring, and filing a records of GGF licenses.

Liaise with external party in connection to licenses.

Review and drafting legal documents as needed.
Bachelor Degree in Law / Legal Studies.

Have at least 2 years of working experience in Legal Corporate and Licenses.

Good knowledge of Corporate Law & Regulations, Legal Analysis and Research, Business Permit and etc.

Proficency in English (spoken and written).

Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
