**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage data in spreadsheets and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Set up and maintain division budget plan.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events.
- To carry out clerical duties and preparing document.
- To support special projects / events / program with stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Administration / Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration and maintaining petty cash
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
