Corporate Finance

Provide and prepare financial, strategic analysis on major decisions related to the company's funding strategy, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Provide specialist financial and commercial advice to operational management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis.

Interact with other parties to analyze business performance and drive positive strategic changes across company.

Prepare regular and ad hoc internal reporting and investor communications as needed.

Design financial models that help internal stakeholders in the decision-making process for long-term strategic initiatives.

Preparing monthly reporting for the management.
A bachelor's degree (preferred), in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field.

Minimum 5 years experience in related field

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Strong business acumen with a track record of supporting business growth and profitability.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Experience in financial, accounting, and project management systems, policies, and procedures.
