Job Description Evaluating And Executing M&A And Other Investment OpportunitiesAnalyzing Valuation And ReturnsOversight Of Transaction Due DiligencePreparing The Company To Go IPO And Its Running ProcessSet Financial Targets For Fundraising Activities, And Create Strategies For Reaching ThemManaging Relationships With Banks And Other Stakeholders On Financing RequirementsCollaborate With Senior Leadership And Prioritize Departmental Activities To Meet Organizational GoalsRequirement Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree would be highly preferableOver 5 years experience of both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience is a MUSTHave had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully deliveredHave vast network within capital marketStrong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the businessExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationshipsHigh level of ethics and integrity
