Corporate Finance Senior Analyst

As our Corporate Finance Analyst/Sr Analyst you will get a chance to directly involve in strategic projects, with exposure to C levels and key stakeholders. Deep analytical skills, managing multiple projects, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role. Analyst/Sr Analyst level in Amartha is equal to Associate/Sr Associate level in other companies.


**Responsibilities**

Fundraise and M&A projects, which include:

- Market research
- Creating a fundraising story and presentation slides
- Financial modeling & and projection
- PMO in the due diligence process

Investor relations, which include:

- Preparing reports
- Manage good relationship with the counterpart team

**Requirements**:

- Having 1-3 working experience
- Experience in financial/business analysis, modeling, projection
- Knowledge of financial reports & accounting principles
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactive
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Prior consulting, advisory, VC, and corporate finance experience is a major plus
- **Passed FMVA certified is a major plus
