**Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed financial review for potential new investments, and analyze the new investments to determine their viability and risk.
- Prepare and analyze periodic reports detailing the company's financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements.
- Ability to efficiently direct the preparation and review of financial models.
- Do end to end Merger & Acquisition process with detail analysis and data recorded.
- Offers advice to management and shareholder teams on a large set of financial matter such as merger and acquisition initiatives, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Due Diligence, Financial Due Diligence, Merger & Acquisition or similar role.
- Previous Experience from Big 4 Consultant.
- Experience with using Data Analytics tools will be a great plus.
- Exposure in buy side Merger & Acquisition process will be a great plus.
- Experience in Financial Modeling, Forecasting and Invesment.
- Ability to perform Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting.
- Proven ability in problem-solving, and working in cross-functional team projects.
