Persyaratan
- Experience minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance and financial management.
- Max 50 years old
- Proven track record of successfully leading companies through IPO processes.
- Graduated from Master Degree in Finance/ Accounting, or Related Field.
- Have a professional certification such as COA or CFA may be preferred
- Fluent in English Language
- Placement in East Java - Surabaya

Tanggung Jawab
- Have a good in Banking Relationships, networking and negotiation banking agreement.
- Have a good in Financial Strategy
- Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements, especially in relation to IPOs.
- Strong a Leadership and Management Skill
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset to contribute to the overall corporate strategy and growth plans
- Good in Analytical Skills and Financial Analysist
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations
