Making sure that our 17+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.**- Manage the operational invoicing process, such as transaction report creation, RFI creation, invoice creation and monitoring, invoice delivery, and invoice documentation.- Manage the operational deposits, such as Deposit top-up administration, transaction reconciliation, invoicing and transaction report.- Support the administrative task of the Account Manager such as Account Receivable (AR) report, Merchandise requisition and reporting, Business travel arrangements and reporting, RFP Reporting, also PR and PO Creation.- Coordinate with Finance & Accounting and Data team regarding all the invoicing and deposits process.**Job Requirements**:- A final year student or recent graduate majoring in Finance, Business, Accounting or any other related field.- Understands administrative flows and documentations- Good Google suites or Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc)- Good command in English (writing and speaking)- Good communication skill- Strong time management skill- Meticulous, attentive to details, high accuracy- Team player
