**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a Corporate Banker to provide banking and transactional solutioning to grow sustainable revenues and ensure we continue to deliver the best-in-class service to our multinational corporate clients

**Job responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and develop effective relationship by addressing Multinational corporate clients' (MNC) unique banking requirements with JPM's value proposition and global network
- Identify new opportunities and cross-sell initiatives to grow and expand the Indonesian portfolio by working closely with Regional and Headquarter bankers, and other internal stakeholders
- Facilitate the origination efforts with product partners, Regional and Headquarter bankers to identify, structure and deliver value-add solutions across product universe including Debt Capital Markets, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Traditional Lending, Structured Finance, Foreign Exchange & Rates; as well as to ensure relationship maintenance and revenue/product up-tiering of existing portfolios
- Conduct and manage deal pitches and execution seamlessly via creating high-quality account planning, pitch books and strategy papers for both internal and external purposes
- Responsible for delivering financial goals as an independent contributor as well as a team player
- Support the team to manage "Know Your Client" on-boarding, renewal and remediation processes, as well as to maintain proactive credit discussion to ensure sound risk management

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with local stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years previous banking experience with a sound knowledge of corporate banking products including credit, cash management, trade services, and Foreign Exchange
- Coverage banker with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and develop networks, both internally and externally
- Strong financial analytical skills, able to identify clients' potential banking requirements via effective quantitative and qualitative analysis including credit & risk analysis, detailed capital structure and business model analysis
- Display consistently high standard of personal integrity and commercial judgment
- Strong sense of discipline to adhere to all banking regulations and rules in relation to compliance, Know Your Client, Anti Money Laundering and sanctions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills; strong partnership skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environments and inter-department collaboration behavior
