Of Company In Checking And Following Up Licenses/permits Of The CompanyDrafting Corporate Documents, Such As Power Of Attorney, General Meeting Of Shareholders, BOC Approvals, EtcLiaise With Internal And External Parties In Relation To Company Secretarial MattersLegal ResearchRequirement Minimum of Bachelor Degree in LawMinimum of 10 Years of experience in Legal FunctionHave combined experience both in Corporate as well as Law FirmSolid Experience in the Manufacturing based IndustryMust have an understanding of legal matters and applicable regulations in Indonesia;Must be able to provide effective legal advices on business issues and companies strategies.
