Corporate Legal Staff

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Law, GPA min 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience as legal staff
- Have a skills for software and law website (Ms. Office, OSS, ETC)
- Expertise: Legal drafting, corporate law, labor law, and business law
- Have PERADI license is a plus

**Job Descriptions**:

- Draft and review a wide variety of legal agreements, contracts and internal policies to ensure compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- Ensure the development of service-level agreements for service support and delivery
- Provide legal support to all department project and job function
- Analyze and review legal agreements, legislation, and documents for the Board
- Maintain contract database and manage released contract versions
- Coordinates with all department to determine legal processes, procedural and policy
- Manage and prepare legal documents

Pay: Rp600,000,000 - Rp800,000,000 per month
