Corporate Legal Staff

Provide advice on corporate & commercial matters to ensure that the company avoids legal risks

Ensure Corporate & Business Licenses to support corporate actions such as new business/projects, franchise agreements, etc (including the regulations, permits & formalities)

Drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating commercial agreements

Assist to manage Corporate Governance

Manage Legal department database and system support

Liaising with external parties including lawyer, agents, government bodies, regulator and business partners

Previous working 1 year experience on company or lawfirm

Have strong drafting, communication & negotiation skills

Have sound knowledge of corporate laws & regulation

Have sound commercial sense and ability to make practical evaluations of risks

High level of professional ethics & integrity

Fluency in spoken and written English
