- Job Description
- Handle day-to-day coordination management of the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) Loyalty Program.
- Responsible for coordinating bonus points events, special loyalty offers and other program management needs for the loyalty program.
- Responsible for regular program reporting to keep teams and leadership line up to date on loyalty program performance, including reporting & teamwork with cross-divisions.- Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree graduate from Hospitality is preferred, but open for all majors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or managing loyalty programs.
