Corporate Planning & Control Officer

Collaborate with teams to set, track, and measure progress of goals in support of the company's strategy

Handle strategic role such as strategy development & target setting (KPI), determining annual KPI and financial planning

Analyze and provide recommendations in corporate planning according to the company's needs

Organize and implement the company's planning process from COE to deployment, and recommend strategic planning tools in accordance with Astra Management System (AMS)

Perform PDCA functions for directorate and organize & maintain the system, methods, SOPs, and COE for PDCA cycle in every division and department

Collect data, analyze, and coordinate with other functions related in organizing performance measurement for the company & board of directors

Work with cross-functional teams as needed
Bachelor degree preferably in economics/engineer with min.
GPA 3.00

Knowledgeable in strategic planning tools and deployment mechanism

Understanding the reviewing methods used in the company

Proficiency in Microsoft Suites

Knowledgeable in business processes

Preferably have experience in business or corporate planning

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

Exceptional strategic thinking, PDCA skills and interpersonal skills
