Job Description A Position As A Legal Counsel Who Will Be Double Hatting As The Corporate Secretary Of The Soon-to-be-listed Company To Conduct Its Responsibility To Monitor The Company's Compliance With The Prevailing Rules And Regulations - Especially The Capital Market Regulations, Ensuring That The Shareholders, Capital Market Authorities, Investors, Analysts, And The Public Receive Timely, Complete And Accurate Information About All Material Matters Relating To The Company, And Ensuring The Transparency Of The Company's Disclosures And Internal And External Communications;This Position Provides A Wide Range Of Corporate Legal Matters (operational, Commercial, And Compliance), Covering General Corporate And Public Company Law, Capital Market Law, GCG, Compliance, And M&A. Which Also Includes Providing Advice, Drafting, Negotiating Various Types Of Contracts, Transactions, And Corporate Actions, Preparing Legal Documents, Correspondence, And Letter;Establish, Maintain, And Nurtures Excellent External Relationships (i.e., With Policymakers, Governmental Bodies, Clients, And Other External Parties). Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Law, Masters degree is a plusProven experience in the Capital Market industry by being a Legal person with extensive experience working in a public company with a minimum of 8 years of experienceProven experience in handling pre-IPO to the entirety of IPO processHaving in-depth knowledge and experience with respect to General Corporate and Capital Market laws and regulationsProven track record in (i) decisions making; (ii) handling general to complex legal Capital Market matters; (iii) leading and accomplishing crucial policy legal strategies; (iv) monitoring, analyzing, and advising on complex and emerging policy issues; (v) leading, managing, and developing a team; (vi) problem-solving with a collaborative approach; and (vii) communicating effectively with cross-functional teamsOutstanding communication and stakeholder and national policymakers' management skillsA high degree of professional ethics and integrityA high-level English proficiencyAble to work with minimum supervisionStrong legal experience in corporate and commercial mattersA professional License in Legal practice is an advantage
