Corporate Secretary Manager

To follow the capital Market update, especially on regulation applicable in the capital market
- To provide recommendations to the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners to always comply with Capital Market Laws & Regulations
- To assist the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in corporate governance implementation, including public information disclosure, submission of reports to OJK, Organization and documentation of General Meetings of Shareholders, BOD or BOC, and Implementation of orientation program for member of BOD and BOC
- To act as the contact person between listed entity or public company with shareholders, financial service authority and other stakeholders
- Bachelor degree preferably from Law
- Has minimum 5 years of working experience as corporate secretary
- Proficiency in English (oral & written)
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
