Are you ready to join us in this mission?**About The Role**- Collaborating with senior leaders to determine and prioritize business strategies.- Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support business decisions and company initiatives- Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide insightful commentary on variances- Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies based on changing business dynamics**Requirements**:- 2+ years of professional experience (Management consulting background is a plus)- Experience in data analysis (spreadsheet ninja is a must!)- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication- Experience in financial planning and business modeling- Exposure to both the strategy and operations side of the business is preferred- Solid analytical and functional skills.
