**About The Role**
- Collaborating with senior leaders to determine and prioritize business strategies.
- Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support business decisions and company initiatives
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide insightful commentary on variances
- Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies based on changing business dynamics
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of professional experience (Management consulting background is a plus)
- Experience in data analysis (spreadsheet ninja is a must!)
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication
- Experience in financial planning and business modeling
- Exposure to both the strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
- Solid analytical and functional skills. Ability to think and connect the dots / see the big picture without losing sight of details
