Proactively working to understand our business, our data, and to discover ways to improve the Company such as core, new business, cross-functional initiatives, strategic and prospective planning, business reviews, market trends, strategic tradeoff, portfolio management and competitive analysis.
Lead fundraising process including data room and material preparation, making sense of our equity story and growth model, crafting a winning pitchdeck and narratives, and navigating due diligence process.
Crafting and presenting compelling narratives as part of presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
Leading and alignment the framework that involves the formulation, communication and monitoring of targets and results in the company on a regular basis (OKR).
This position will have exposure to all projects, with focus on pushing forward the team's Corporate Strategy efforts and initiatives.
Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Manage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders, investors, and clients.
Track high priority initiatives for the Founder to identify any/potential obstacles.
Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to CEO, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering a different perspective, and following up on action items with the team accordingly.
Provide analysis, recommendations, and options to CEO regarding high impact decisions.
Representing CEO in startup competition/accelerator.
Master's degree in finance/business/engineering/statistics.
Have a minimum 5 years experience.
Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize data from a number of internal and external sources.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
Comfortable convincing the leader from other team key insights to take consideration of through deep data analysis about industries relevant to the business, its competitors, market, and clients.
Capability to open and maintain high level investment network.
Capability to lead and coordinate team in a fast paced and highly volatile environment.
Strong communication skills - both Bahasa and English (written and verbal).
Highly proficient in quantitative analyses and complex financial modeling.
Highly proficient for OKR system and process.
Knowledgeable with process mapping, market research, risk management, etc.
Understanding and capabilities to create effective growth strategy.
Business acumen in startup growth model.
