**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic planning and direction, and long-term goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities, provide strategic recommendations to the C-Level
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance and KPIs, identify areas for improvements and potential risks
- Work with management team on fundraising, investment opportunities, M&A, and other strategic initiative projects
- Assist Finance Head and/or CFO with due diligence process for potential investment and/or partnership projects
- Assist CEO to build and maintain relationship with key shareholders
- Participate in investor meetings, roadshow, and conferences to communicate company's objectives and successes
- Manage multiple strategic projects with direction from CEO and management team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, or related fields
- At least 3 years' experience as an analyst, consultant, or similar position
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial and market data to diverse stakeholders
- Able to thrive in a face-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, and or Odoo

**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
