**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with executives and managers to develop long-term strategic objectives for the organization.
- Monitor business climate, technology trends and developments, and government activities in areas related to the company's current and future product lines of business.
- Lead trials related to new business initiatives, pilot programs, and regional launches; based on trial results, make, recommend, and implement adjustments and modifications.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, customer preferences, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks that may impact the company's strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with business unit administration and line managers to produce profitable business and product plans; evaluate these plans periodically.
- Monitors Company Objectives & Projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably focusing on Corporate Strategy, Management Development, or related.
- Have a good understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well knowledge of Balance scorecard, Objective Key Result, and Risk Assessment
- Familiar with Power BI
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
