Job Description Develop and execute sales roadmap for Indonesia Build, expand, and lead a team of account managers Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities in Indonesia for both new customer acquisition and existing customers Drive inbound growth via marketing initiatives Implement sales review cadence and coach team of account managers/sales reps Monitor sales pipeline and maintain sales targets & forecasts Put in place best practice use of systems, metrics, and tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying key value proposition and ideal customer profile to optimize sales funnel Develop sales pitches and motion to optimize sales pipeline Monitor and analyze market, customer demands, and competitors, collaborating with cross-functional teams in identifying new product and service opportunities and improvements Requirements >10 years in B2B Sales & Marketing and >5 years at least as B2B Head of Sales & Marketing or equivalent roles Experience leading team of account managers and sales reps Strong track record in delivering sales targets and growing top lines Interpersonal and leadership skill to collaborate cross-functionally across teams Experience in the Corporate Travel industry is a big plus Relationship with a few sizeable corporate travel accounts is a big plus Experience in sales of SaaS B2B products is a big plus Ability to manage Performance Targets and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willing to travel if required If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
