**What will you do**:
- Lead/contribute actively in materials, corrosion and inspection engineering activities including but not limited to:
- Develop Integrity programs and implementation plans.
- Ensure program being implemented and maximum efficiency achieved for implementing program requirements, i.e. fit for risk implementation Corrosion & Integrity program includes corrosion monitoring (corrosion rate, pigging, coating, etc) and inspection of critical equipment (fitness for service, Level 1 Survey, underwater and above water inspections, etc). Program implementation including interface with service coordinator if required.
- Coordinate and execute activities to close integrity gaps found from program implementation, including risk screening and mitigation plan development which are cost effective.
- Lead/participate in incident investigation related to material corrosion and integrity i.e. failure analysis, and its action close out.
- Act as Asset Leadership Team member to identify and implement equipment reliability improvements: cost reduction, facility optimization, rate enhancement, downtime reduction, MTBR improvement.
- Provide support/expertise to Surveillance/Project group on material and corrosion-related matter.
- Provide Technical Recommendation on material and corrosion-related issues to site owner(s) in order to support continues operations.
- Support Cross functional program: Risk Assessment, Hazid, Hazop, Operability review, Regulatory related inspection (SKPP/SKPI, Basin).
- Participate in P&B and WP&B process, and maintain good relationship with counterpart in SKKMigas/Partner.
- Develop the skill and experiences of technical and operations personnel.
- Perform other activities as requested by supervisor i.e. supporting overall Facilities Integrity program.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Willing to be located at site as field base engineer
- Minimum Bachelor Degree/Equivalent, preferably Metallurgy/Materials Engineering major with GPA 3.5
- Having 1-3 years working experiences in Oil and Gas (Company, Services, Consultant, Contractor) as Material, Integrity, Corrosion Engineer
- Familiar with various material testing, inspection techniques, corrosion management/monitoring methods, failure analysis, material selection, integrity program and Oil and Gas Process Overview
