Job Descriptions:
- Analyze the master budget for all production cost departments, check, review with the budget manager, submit to the system
- Cost center reports (compare budget vs actual expenditure, analyze budget expenditure)
- Cost analysis (cleaning costs, overtime, spare parts and materials)
- Checking budget proposals (checking completeness of documents, objectives)
- Inventory control
- Check RAF vs Picking variances (check production reports, check materials) and indirect material costs
- Analyze products and actual costs
- Solve transaction problems
- Calculate and update standard costs and plan product costs
- Stock taking (coordination, checking, approval and delivery)
- Analysis of All costs (COGM & COGS)*OGS: Cost of Goods Sold, COGM: Cost of Goods Manufactured
- Analyze cost variances
- Responsible for maintaining and reviewing standard rates
- Analyze shipping costs for each customer & product
- Review & create system operational procedures (SOP) related to cost & inventory accounting
- Review & coordinate stock & sell used inventory
- Cost allocation per department and per each product
- Review bill of materials & maintain fixed assets
- Reporting production, movement inventory, GVA & GP
- Report manufacturing overhead
- Reports on margin per product & margin per customer and keyhighlite costs
Requirement:
- Male & Female, 25-40 years old
- Education Min D3/S1 in all majors
- Work experiences min. 3 years as cost accounting(Cost of Goods Sold and Cost of Goods Manufactured) in automotive manufacturer industry
- Good Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, etc) skill
- Can speak English and Japanese is a plus
**Salary**: Up to Rp12,000,000 per month

- Calculate Inventory cost: 3 years (required)
- Cost Accounting at Japanese Manufacturing: 3 years (required)
- Calculate Cost of Goods Sold and Cost of Goods Manufactured: 3 years (required)
