Cost Control Lead

Manage and lead monthly invoicing submission to COMPANY and ensure accurate Service Acceptance Paper (SAP) for COMPANY's review and approval Monitor actual and forecast progress and highlight potential delay or cost overrun against the initial plan and schedule Prepare invoicing management and maintain alignment with project budget Review project estimate and track project trended position with accurate forecasting Assist in negotiation and administration of contract and work orders Prepare and validate monthly and annual budget and invoice reports Monitor reimbursable invoicing of the contracts Ensure efficient contracts administration Requirements:
Holds a minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting or Engineering from a recognized national or overseas University Have 10 years of experience as Project Planner, scheduler and or cost controller related to construction of oil and gas facilities Projects strong knowledge and understanding in the flow process of development and production in Oil and Gas Industry Projects strong analytical skill in project planning, scheduling and project control Projects strong knowledge in calculating man hours Familiar working with project management tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera and etc. Familiar working with data processing tools and software such as SAP ERP
